Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your BOX-COMBO. If you are not, here is exactly how returns work.

30-day returns

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Start a return through our contact form, quoting your order number.

Who pays return shipping

• Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we cover return shipping, or send a free replacement. No return required in most cases — a photo or short video is enough.
• Changed your mind: you cover return shipping.

Faulty items

If your unit arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us with your order number and a photo or video showing the problem. We will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to ship the item back unless we ask.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving your claim. Your bank may take a few days more to display it.

Not returnable

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items damaged by misuse, disassembly, or use outside the intended purpose
• Items missing original packaging or included accessories

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
