Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from BOX-COMBO ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

We try to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. Product images are illustrative; slight variation in colour, finish or packaging can occur. Dimensions and specifications are listed on each product page — please check them, particularly product size, before ordering.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. If a carrier bills you an import charge on delivery, we will refund it on presentation of the receipt. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error. Payment is taken at checkout.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, an address is invalid, or a transaction is flagged as fraudulent. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

4. Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates and return rights are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Safe use

This product is exercise equipment. Use it as instructed, mount it securely, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. Children should be supervised by an adult. Consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise programme. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or use contrary to the instructions provided.

6. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, logos and design — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
